Return Policy

• Cut Fabrics: All cut fabrics are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.

• Unopened Products: Unopened, unused products may be returned within 14 days of purchase when accompanied by the original receipt. These items will be refunded to the original method of payment.

• Returns After 14 Days: Returns made after 14 days (with original receipt) will be eligible for a store credit only.

• Receipt Required: All returns must be accompanied by the original receipt. No exceptions.

Class Cancellation Policy

• Customer Cancellation:

  • Cancellations made 14 days or more prior to the class date will be refunded minus a 15% cancellation fee.

  • Cancellations made within 14 days of the class date are non-refundable. However, the class registration may be transferred to another person.

• Store Cancellation:

  • If Thimbles & Thread cancels a class, customers will receive a full refund.

  • If a class is rescheduled, customers will be automatically moved to the new date of their choice (if multiple options are available), or they may choose to receive a store credit instead.
