Checkout Terms & Conditions By completing a purchase on the Audrey & Carl Quilt Co. website, you agree to the following checkout terms and conditions. 1. Pricing & Payment All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes will be calculated at checkout. Payment must be completed in full before an order is processed or shipped. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors or cancel orders due to inaccuracies. 2. Order Processing Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing times may be extended during sales, launches, or high-volume periods. You will receive an order confirmation email once your purchase is completed. 3. Shipping & Local Pickup Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on location and order size. Once an order has shipped, Audrey & Carl Quilt Co. is not responsible for delays caused by carriers. Local pickup (if offered) must be collected within the timeframe stated in your confirmation email. 4. Returns & Refunds Quilt kits, pre-cut fabrics, digital products, and sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund. Notions may be returned within 14 days of purchase, provided they are unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt. Refunds are issued to the original form of payment once approved. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 5. Class & Workshop Purchases Class and workshop registrations are subject to our Class Cancellation Policy, which is provided at the time of registration. Refunds or credits are not guaranteed and depend on notice given prior to the class start date. 6. Product Availability Inventory is limited and sold on a first-come, first-served basis. We reserve the right to substitute fabrics in kits with comparable alternatives if necessary, while maintaining overall design integrity. 7. Use of Products All products are intended for personal use unless otherwise stated. Patterns and digital content are protected by copyright and may not be reproduced or distributed. 8. Limitation of Liability Audrey & Carl Quilt Co. is not responsible for damages resulting from improper use of products. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the item(s) ordered. 9.
